There are many paths through the hospitality industry, so here, you’ll find the insights of celebrated trailblazers who actively shape bar programs around the world today.

FUTURE PROOF DIGITAL curriculum includes introductory modules covering service, cocktail history, bar tools & technique, ingredient prep, spirits production, and classic cocktail recipes.

FUTURE PROOF LIVE curriculum will cover immediate and advanced hands-on learning hosted by a leading member of a host city’s bar community.

Upon completion of the digital and live curricula, students will receive a certification from Florida International University’s prestigious Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
