COURSE SUMMARY

The Unfiltered Method utilizes the “Four Pillars” approach to bar management which is designed to help hospitality professionals run successful bar programs. Those pillars are process; organizational systems and daily habits that lead to smoother operation, people; the management of staff and relationship with guests and your community, product; the creation and presentation of top quality food and beverage offerings, and performance; the systems used to track and effectively manage a business around metrics from the first three pillars.
